Smart-Ops AI is operated by Smart Operation Technologies Nigeria Limited ("we", "us", "our"). We provide an AI-powered WhatsApp sales assistant for Nigerian small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Business owners: Name, email address, phone number, business category, bank details (for payouts), and WhatsApp connection data.
Customers (via WhatsApp): Phone number, name (if provided), delivery address, order history, and conversation messages with the AI assistant.
Payment data: We do not store credit card or bank card details. Payments are processed through Paystack, which handles all sensitive payment information.
Data is stored on MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest and in transit. WhatsApp session data is stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Smart-Ops AI uses the WhatsApp Web protocol to receive and send messages on behalf of business owners. We store conversation history to provide context to the AI assistant and display it on the business dashboard. Business owners can view all conversations the AI handles.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at smartops@sydatech.com.ng. Business owners can delete their account and all associated data through the dashboard.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
